Juneau: Applying for JAHF funding? Complete this survey by February 28

~ A new survey has been launched for those interested in applying for the next round of the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund (JAHF). The survey, which can be accessed at bit.ly/JAHFSurvey2025, will be open until February 28 and aims to gather information from potential applicants to better understand the project goals of JAHF.

The JAHF is a program developed by the City and Borough of Juneau to support the creation of affordable and middle-income housing through gap financing. With Round 5 of the program set to open in July 2025, CBJ staff have created this survey to gain insight into the needs and priorities of potential applicants.

According to CBJ staff, the survey results will be used for the JAHF annual report and will also inform the Assembly as they set next year's budget. Those who complete the survey will be notified when Round 5 applications become available in July 2025.
