~ The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Finance Department has announced that the Cash Office and Sales Tax Office in City Hall will be returning to regular public in-person services hours starting Monday, March 20. The Treasury offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of the second Wednesday of each month when they will open at 10 a.m.

The return to full in-person service hours is due to stabilized staffing levels within the CBJ Finance Department. In addition to paying in person at City Hall, CBJ residents can still pay tax and utility bills by mail, drop box, or online. Payments by mail should be sent to CBJ – Cash Office at 155 S. Seward Street, Juneau, AK 99801 (check only, no cash). Drop boxes are located at Super Bear in the Valley and Foodland IGA in the Willoughby District as well as outside the Seward Street entrance of City Hall. Utility payments can be made online at www.invoicecloud.com/cityandboroughofjuneauak or by calling 1-855-798-1542 while other non-utility payments can be made online at www.acipayonline.com/index.jsp or by calling 1-800-272-9829 (CBJ's Jurisdiction Code is 1202).
