~ As the CBJ Regular Municipal Election approaches, citizens are reminded that the last day to register to vote or update their mailing address is Sunday, September 1. This deadline is quickly approaching and can be completed online at voterregistration.alaska.gov.
For those who will be turning 18 years old by October 1, they are eligible to vote in this election. However, it is important to note that they must still register by the September 1 deadline. Registration can be done up to 90 days before their birthday.

Registered Juneau voters will receive their ballots in the mail on September 12 at the mailing address on file with the State of Alaska Division of Elections. To ensure their registration status and mailing address are correct, voters can check online at myvoterportal.alaska.gov.
In-person voting will also be available at Vote Centers starting on September 16. The last day to vote is Tuesday, October 1.
