~ RecycleWorks, a local recycling facility, is currently facing equipment issues that have forced them to temporarily stop accepting recycling from residents and businesses. The problem arose after a power outage on April 12th, which caused electrical problems with the facility's recycling baler. As a result, the baler is unable to process any recycling material at this time.
The facility has reached its maximum capacity and cannot accommodate any more material until the baler is repaired. Unfortunately, using alternative options such as containers is not feasible due to the high volume of material that arrives daily.

In response to this issue, staff at RecycleWorks are working diligently to repair the baler as quickly as possible. However, it is expected that the replacement parts and repairs will take several days. Updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
For further information on this matter, interested parties can contact RecycleWorks Operations Manager Stuart Ashton at (907) 586-5225. The facility apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures the public that they are working towards resolving the issue promptly.
