Despite the temporary closure, applicants can still submit their permit applications online and are assured that everything will run smoothly during this training week. The training is deemed necessary for a more efficient and streamlined permitting experience in the future.

The new permit software system is expected to go live by the end of the year and is anticipated to significantly improve the permitting process, making it faster, more efficient, and easier to navigate.

The CBJ Permit Center thanks everyone for their patience and understanding as they work towards improving their services. For more information on how to apply for a permit, visit bit.ly/CBJPermitHelp.
