~ Journalist: The community of Lemon Creek is getting a first look at the designs for a new playground in their neighborhood. On Wednesday, November 13 at 7 p.m., the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ), Juneau School District (JSD), and Corvus Design will be hosting a community meeting at Dzantik'i Heeni Schools Commons to unveil the proposed plans.
This project has been in the works since October when a community kick-off event was held to gather input from residents. The feedback received has been taken into consideration while creating the design for the playground, which is now ready to be shared with the public.
