Through low ~ Juneau, Alaska - Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool is excited to announce the launch of their new aquatic fitness class. The class will begin on March 4 and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Designed for all ages, this class aims to provide a gentle yet effective workout for those looking to improve strength and joint care. Participants will engage in low-impact exercises in the water, which will help strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce joint stress.

The buoyancy of the water creates a safe and supportive environment, making it an ideal option for individuals with arthritis or those looking to prevent bone density loss. The class focuses on posture, coordination, and overall mobility to boost confidence and prevent falls.
