Juneau: Celebrate Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool grand reopening with free swims on March 9

~ After undergoing extensive renovations for the past 11 months, Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool is finally ready to welcome back swimmers. The grand reopening will be celebrated with two free community swims on Saturday, March 9 from 1-2:30 p.m. and 3-4:30 p.m. Attendees can look forward to cupcakes, stickers, and the opportunity to explore the pool's new and improved appearance.

The Juneau-Gastineau Rotary Club has generously sponsored this event, which will have a maximum capacity of 125 swimmers per session. Prior to the grand reopening, AGB Pool will have a soft opening from Tuesday, March 5 to Friday, March 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
