~ The Friends of Jensen-Olson Arboretum are inviting families to join them for a fun and educational event, BugDay!, on Saturday, June 21. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of insects through hands-on workstations, games, and other activities.
This free event aims to demystify insects and highlight their importance in the ecosystem. It is open to all ages, but activities are specifically geared towards children between the ages of 6-12. Siblings are also welcome to attend, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Space is limited, so interested individuals are encouraged to register online through the Parks & Recreation registration catalog starting at noon on Wednesday, June 11. The event will take place at the Arboretum and more information about location and access can be found on their website.
