~ The City and Borough of Juneau Parks & Recreation Department has announced that they are now accepting applications for 1-year commercial use permits for the 2025 season. Interested vendors can submit their applications from now until Sunday, March 31.
These permits allow for commercial activities to take place on CBJ parklands. The application process requires a non-refundable fee of $250 for the first location and an additional $100 for each subsequent location under the same vendor. Late applications will also be accepted from April 1 to June 30, but with an added late fee of $250, bringing the total cost to $500 for the first application. The fee for additional locations remains at $100.
All applications must be submitted through an online form. Vendors applying for multiple locations will have access to a shorter version of the form after their initial submission. It is important to select "No" for the second question on the landing page when submitting additional applications.
