~ The CBJ Elections office has recently become aware of a technical issue that affected a small percentage of ballots mailed out for the State Primary Election. According to their press release, approximately 1% of ballots were affected by a glitch in their printing system.

This glitch may result in some voters receiving two ballots in the mail if they voted with a questioned ballot or updated their voter registration between August 23rd and September 1st. In order to ensure that each voter only casts one vote, CBJ Elections has implemented protocols where only the first ballot received from a voter will be accepted and any subsequent ones will be rejected.
