~ Juneau, Alaska - The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) has announced that they will be conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment in partnership with the State Division of Public Health. This assessment aims to gather information from Juneau residents aged 18 and older to better understand the health needs of the community.

The survey, which can be found at www.JuneauSurvey.com, takes only 5 minutes to complete and is open to all Juneau residents. To encourage participation, those who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $500 prize.
